Infanta Leonor Theater
It is one of the most modern and technologically advanced theaters in Spain integrated in the oldest area of the historic center of Jaén. The building consists of a series of volumes in which the remains of part of the wall of the old Puerta de Aceituno are integrated, covered with white stone from Portugal, completely natural. Inside, it stands out for its stage box, which in addition to having a special size, has movement thanks to a technological system. It is mainly intended as an exhibition theater, with one hundred performances scheduled on average annually, but it has also been used for zarzuelas, operas, symphonic concerts, dances, and as a congress and convention center. The Theater has capacity for 800 seats, parking, a lobby with a bar, dressing rooms and showers for the artists.
Infinite Cyclorama
In addition to having a large stage, it has an infinite cyclorama to be able to play video projections with the latest generation Dolby Digital sound. Currently the Bodywave Pole Dance school holds its annual show at the Infanta Leonor Theater.
